We had our first campaign fundraiser on Friday, June 5, and it was a great success. We raised nearly $1,000 and more than 27 donors attended. I was incredibly encouraged by the strong positive response to my speech, and look forward to talking to more Newton families about their experience with the Newton schools as my campaign continues to gain momentum.
